We recently had the opportunity to assist an established physicians' practice with 10 doctors, 50+ staff, 8 locations in Texas and Georgia, and 6 separate legal entities. Our team stepped in to manage critical accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Month-end close, the annual Audit, and Financial Statement reporting to the Private Equity owners and an external Lender. Our comprehensive support enabled the physicians' practice to stay focused on delivering top-quality patient care while ensuring financial oversight and stability during a period of employee turnover in the accounting department
Real Estate
We have extensive experience working with established fund administration companies with complex accounting and reporting needs. Recently, Olive Park Consulting Group began assisting a company with 75+ employees, providing expert accounting and reporting management for a subset of their investments. We review monthly activity and entries processed by internal accountants, proposed adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and reviewed quarterly/annual reporting for fund investors and auditors.
Food and Beverage
Olive Park Consulting Group recently had the opportunity to work with a Start-up specialty food company. We are working with the owner to provide comprehensive accounting and reporting services in a supporting role that allows him to run the business and while we ensure accurate financial statements and reporting to external tax accountants. Our team review and update the company's initial activity and physical product inventory and currently reviews all financial activities, reconciles monthly accounts, and provides financial reports as needed. Olive Park Consulting group is also working with an established Food and Beverage company with 40+ employees to provide expert Human Resources assistance, including on-boarding and off-boarding employees and managing the employee benefit plans.
