Tracy Hernandez

Founder and CEO

Tracy Hernandez has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and private industry.  She is a skilled CPA with a proven track record working with businesses in all stages of a company’s lifecycle.

 

Ms. Hernandez’s expertise lies in accounting, financial reporting, human resources, benefit administration, and back-office operations. She has successfully implemented accounting and payroll systems that integrate all departmental needs, resulting in timely financial results and automated processes in the Finance, Human Resources and Benefit Administration departments. Her functional experience includes month-/year-end closing and reporting, budgeting & forecasting, annual audit and tax oversight, payroll, benefits administration, business insurance, performance management, system conversions, lease negotiation, and internal controls.

Ms. Hernandez has worked across various industries, including public accounting, financial consulting, law firm, sports teams, real estate, private equity, and healthcare. She takes a hands-on approach, working closely with her clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and objectives. She then develops customized solutions that address their specific requirements, providing valuable guidance and support every step of the way.

Zach Malone

Managing Director

Clarinda Avila is a SHRM Certified Professional Human Resources Executive experienced in professional services, intellectual property, hospitality, business lines, and operations. She has over ten years of experience in a diverse financial services background utilizing performance driven results in Human Resources management, strategic planning, workforce planning execution, M&A, project management, operational efficiency, and staffing models. 

 

Ms. Avila delivers strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and establishes a vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs, policies, and services. Her versatile background leading and managing global teams expands her capability to cater customized leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote a client’s workforce while supporting the organization’s mission.

Breanna Roybal

Director, Human Resources

Zach Malone is a consultant with 20+ years experience across multiple business functions including, Human Resources, Marketing and Business Operations.  

 

Mr. Malone is an expert at creating client  strategies aligned to business objectives with demonstrable return on investment and a proven ability to deliver results on time and on budget.

 

Mr. Malone holds a B.A. from Knox College and an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.

Analyst, Human Resources

Breanna Roybal is an experienced consultant with over 10 years in employee engagement, management, payroll, financial audits, and administrative duties.  She excels in tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client and adeptly managing day-to-day project operations. Ms. Roybal has a proven track record across diverse industries, including retail and government agencies.

 

Ms. Roybal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, with a focus on investigating and reporting discrepancies.  She is also currently pursuing certification in Data Analysis, with a specialized focus on Compensation and Benefits Analysis.
